Person-centred Counselling
Person-centred counselling is a humanistic approach that empowers you to take charge of your own journey. In our sessions, I will focus on your perspectives and feelings, allowing you to guide the conversation according to your thoughts and emotions. This approach fosters a deep sense of trust and acceptance, essential for true personal growth. I believe that within each individual lies the potential for self-discovery and change, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
I am able to offer 1-1 counselling sessions, where each session will be tailored to your needs. Each session will last 50 minutes and will take place at the time we organise each week, although I can be flexible with this to suit your needs. This is where we will create a safe space together to navigate your journey and bring in to the sessions what comes up for you. I can help to navigate your thoughts, feelings, and emotions as they arise to help you gain insight and giving you coping strategies to be able to process these.
